Signature Preview
How to use in Outlook (Desktop):
- Click the "Copy Signature" button above.
- Open Outlook and click New Email.
- Click on Signature > Signatures... in the toolbar.
- Click New to create a signature.
- Paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) the signature into the Edit signature box.
- Click OK to save.
How to use in Gmail:
- Click the "Copy Signature" button above.
- Open Gmail and go to Settings > See all settings.
- Scroll down to the Signature section.
- Create a new signature or edit an existing one.
- Paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) the signature into the text box.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
